Pet Food Production Line

The pet food production line is designed to manufacture a range of pet food products, including floating and sinking fish feed. The operation of this production line is straightforward, with precise parameter control. The products can be completed within specified temperature, pressure, humidity, and time frames. This production line is a fully automated integrated processing equipment, utilizing meat powder, grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables, additives, etc. as raw materials. Through processes such as crushing, batch mixing, high-temperature extrusion, drying, flavoring and coating, and cooling and packaging, it produces dog food, cat food, and complete pet diets on a large scale. It can also manufacture extruded granular food in various shapes, sizes, and functions.

Production process flow

Raw material screening → ultrafine grinding → precise batching → high-speed mixing → steam conditioning → twin-screw extrusion molding → multi-layer drying → cooling and dehumidification → oil/nutrient spraying → screening and impurity removal → finished product packaging
